A discussion regarding Roles/Tasks requiring volunteers, and the criteria for selecting items to be included in the performances was discussed at length.

Roles:

Cultural Coordinators: responsible for managing and coordinating items; collecting music & lighting requirements; organizing and helping create the programme & sequence; coordination with each item coordinator; support online registration; conduit between HD Committee, registrants, emcee's & item coordinators

ITMedia: web registration; oversee online registration of participants and items; facilitate reporting and collection of data, analytics  

Front of House Manager: (responsible for food, beverage)
Back of House Manager: (sound, lighting, media, technical): oversee & communicate technical production
Marketing Coordinator: Social Media, Advertising, Promotions, fund raising
Media Relations: 
Emcee's: jr or sr?
ICA Executive oversight: Pratima 
Backstage support: (green room, line up items, etc)

Performances:
Establish criteria for items - first come first serve, invite performers with a short description of their performance, provide sample video if available (attachments), length of item (recommendation of 3-5 minutes), limited number of performances and plays will be accepted, dance vs song, # of performers, approx age group, are you willing to accommodate more performers in your item,
